We believe that as followers of Jesus Christ we should esteem women highly and recognize their value to God.

We exist to encourage women to fulfill the things they have heard God speak to them personally. Our purpose is to equip and release potential in women as influencers in the time and space, and unique situations where they live. One of our goals is to identify a women's unique potential as a woman of influence and see that potential brought out and come to maturity.

The places women influence greatly include the family, her personal home, the church, the market place, education, and government. Countless scenarios of potential exist, because the women of the 21st century have many doors open to them. Never before has wisdom and encouragement been more needed.

Many choices exist. Knowledge abounds. Times change. We meet in various places and at various times. There are opportunities to soak in prayer, hear teaching that will inspire, gather at our fellowships and share hearts, or reach out to other women who need a loving touch.
